This was just a well-suited match for a short stayover in Strichen with very good value for money. The kettle in the room boiled quickly, a nice surprise . Make sure to check whether breakfast is included to avoid any confusion.

The hotel was fairly clean with outstandingly accommodating staff members. The location of the venue was stunning and good, in the centre of the village. Plus, it was not far from Scotland and shops and the available parks, walks. The bar was great. We did not want to leave and would happily go back again.

The cozy atmosphere was nice, but the shower was way too loud and unsettling.

The owners and staff welcomed us warmly. The food, especially the fish and chips, was an absolute highlight!

A strong wifi signal and a peaceful atmosphere ensured a good night's sleep. The food far exceeded my expectations, especially the meals served at the restaurant like the hearty breakfast. The room did have a dated feel, and it could benefit from some updates. Cleaning could improve. The en-suite could have been tidier, and some amenities like the glass tooth mug needed a scrub. It's a lovely place but needs attention to detail.

This place suits me perfectly, offering free wi-fi in public areas, free parking, and a cute bar lounge. On my first stay, the staff even helped me with my room issue at night. Highly recommend for a great experience!

Had a lovely night with my dog at this cozy place where the atmosphere was warm and friendly. We enjoyed a fantastic meal that hit the spot! There’s a nice sun terrace to relax on and live music to enjoy, making it a fun spot to unwind. Just a heads-up, the room could use some updates, but it didn’t take away from our great experience. 🐾

The white horse hotel was a great choice for my stay, with a super warm welcome and a cozy atmosphere. I loved the community vibe in the bar, and it was nice to see locals enjoying themselves. The room was comfy and had everything i needed like tea and coffee. Perfect location for exploring! The food looked really good, even tho i didn't eat there myself.

The shower was kinda outdated and could use an update. The room had some cleanliness issues that should be looked at.
